Pet Travel Certificates
Whether you’re travelling within the UAE or internationally, a valid health certificate is often required for your pet. Our team will guide you through every step of the process and prepare all necessary documentation to ensure your pet is cleared for travel and ready to accompany you safely and smoothly.

What to take with you when traveling with your cat or dog
When preparing for your trip, don’t forget to pack everything your pet will need to stay safe and comfortable along the way. In addition to their usual essentials, be sure to include:
Medical Records
Carry both physical and digital copies of your pet’s health certificate, vaccination records, and any relevant medical history.
Emergency Contact Information
Have the contact details for a reputable emergency veterinary hospital at your destination.
Medications
Bring an adequate supply of any prescribed medications, along with clear dosing instructions.
Identification Tag
Ensure your pet is wearing an ID tag with your mobile number, including the correct country code if travelling internationally.
Microchip
Confirm that your pet’s microchip meets the requirements of your destination country and that your contact details are up to date in the microchip registry. We’re happy to verify this for you.
Travel Carrier
Use an airline-approved crate or carrier. Requirements vary depending on whether your pet is travelling in-cabin or as cargo.
-
Cabin carriers must allow your pet to stand, turn around, and lie down comfortably, while also fitting beneath the seat.
-
Cargo carriers must be sturdy, well-ventilated, and made of rigid material ( IATA travel carriers can be found on www.amazon.ae)
Always check directly with your airline for specific guidelines.
Water Bowl
Pack a portable water bowl to keep your pet hydrated throughout the journey.
Proper preparation makes travel safer, smoother, and far less stressful for both you and your pet.
